Alright, tackling my last problem with SEPM/SEC.
The server with SEPM on it is unable to run LiveUpdate, returning the Error Code = 4.  I did pick apart that solution already, with nothing there causing the issue.  There is, however, a constant (every 10 sec) message in the grey window below the Local Site.
C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\outbox\agent\command\FBC510860A000A0A00B8502051.xml (The system cannot find the path specified) [Site: MySite] [Server: MyServer]

It may be possible that these are two different issues, but I noticed them both at the same time.
What tipped me off was the fact that the only SEP client that was not updated from Dec 31, 2009 r122, was the client on the SEPM server.

    Thanks again for any help/pointers!

Just wanted to get confirmation on this before I went and attempted it.  I will report back after.

Originally I got an error saying the network resource was not available, then, after trying an alternate path with the same .msi the installer wanted, it said it was not a valid file for the repair.

I have seen suggestions to completely wipe out SEPM, run the MS .msi cleanup tool, and reinstall SEPM, but I am not sure I am comfortable with that.  I am just not sure how much risk that entails for SEPM and the subsequent managed clients.

If it is asking for MSI file for repair. then you will have to use the Same version of SEPM.
If your SEPM is 11.0.4000.xxx and repiar wizard is asking for location of files you cannot point it to 11.0.5002.xxx

Backed everything up, and wiped out SEPM.  Reinstalled and restoring the DB now.  Been restoring for ~20min now, is that excessive?  Just don't want to let this thing sit for 2 hours, just to find out it failed.
