One SEP client cannot update definition.
No any response when clicking liveupdate button
When try to click Fix, error return "while requesting a protection definitions update. Error code: -2147467259."

Also try to repair SEP on ADD/Remove programe
Have you first tried a repair on the client?
Is it managed client or unmanaged client?
repairing the client should fix.
is it happening only with this client?
Try to clear the defintion and push it again, may be the client defintion is corrupt.
