Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

Hey,

I want a setup where the clients use the local Managed Server for LiveUpdate, with a secondary source of Symantec themselves.  Because if a client is taken away on holiday or business for a couple of weeks I don't want them to come back infected because of out of date definitions.

I've got my policy setup as per the attachment.  But if I manually run LiveUpdate on a client, it gets them from liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com.

What am I doing wrong?

Manually running LiveUpdate from the client will send them out to Symantec only. This is by design.

If you want to force an update then right click the SEP icon in the task tray and "Update Policy" It will force the client to check in and grab anything new content
