Liveupdate - why can't I ever find the assicated KB enrty?

BE 2010 R3 5204 (x64) w/SP2.
So, like any another sane Admin, when I run Liveupdate and it tells me there are updates available, I like to know what they are before I apply them.
However, the link shown in the info box never works. I have one right now that points to "http://entsupport.symantec.com/umi/V-373-02027" for info.
When I copy and paste that into a browser, I get the generic Support page, not the KB that would go along with the patch.
Anybody else having this issue?

Before installing hotfix if you want to know what it is all about than you can enter the hotfix number
Amol
Right, I get that I can do that.
Why doesn't the link in the info box ever work?
Hello there,
The link in the info box is not for the Hot fix but it is meant to divert in the Knowledge page landing page itself so that all the required information can be searched.
Also to add what Amol has stated you can also put the HF number as the technote number to find the details of the hot fix.
Eg.:
If the HF number is 180964 then to know details about that hotfix use the link as follow:
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH180964
Meaning the tech article number is the same as Hot fix number.
Thanks,
-Sush...
Hope this piece of Information Helps you... and if it does then mark this response as Solution....!!!
