Anybody knows How to do it ? Perhaps using sql script to load Servicedesk tables?
I am doing a incident management ruleset and I using several classification on condition group.
it might be easier to use a "send to workflow" rule and have that workflow do all the parsing and conditional look ups. You have alot more freedom in the workflow to manipulate the ticket.
