Location Based Report using Report Builder in Service Desk 7.1
Trying to create a Location based report using Report Engine / Default Report Builder in Service Desk 7.1. However, once I click on city under user, a window comes up with a drop down menu to select any one city.
Is there a way to select multiple options in there.
We would not prefer using SQL in this case, so looking for an option to select multiple cities through Report Engine.
Hopefully, query is well explained. However, please do let me know if any more info is needed on this.
Any help / guidance would be great.
