Login error - LDAP server is unavailable

Hi ,
 
While logging into SSIM through SSIM client I'am getting the following error :
 
ERROR_UNEXPECTED_EXCEPTION (1013) error result
at com.symantec.management.admin.client.AdminException.createFixed(AdminException.java:223)
at com.symantec.management.admin.client.AdminSession.sendRequest(AdminSession.java:2793)
at com.symantec.management.admin.client.AdminSession.open(AdminSession.java:232)

at com.symantec.sim.app.SimApplication.doLogin(SimApplication.java:1038)
at com.symantec.sim.app.SimApplication$2.construct(SimApplication.java:697)
at com.symantec.sim.uilib.util.SwingWorker$2.run(SwingWorker.java:169)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)
 
 
And while loging into SSIM through GUI I'am getting error message as " LDAP server is unavailable".

1- Do you have a setup with single appliance or multiple with a master ldap ?

2- I would check a log file called manager.log in /opt/Symantec/sesa/logs

what does it say ?
