This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi dear,

I create a customized Administrator account and when I try to login to SEP MANAGER MR3/MR4 with that account, I've been getting the error: "Authentication Failure. Please try again". Can you tell me how I can fix that?

Thank you very much,

Rafael Mellone

Both username and password are case sensitive.

User "Administrator" is not the same as user "administrator".

Thanks,

Udi

I know that.

I create a full administrator account named "Rafael"and that works. When I create a customized administrator with restriction named "Rafael" and that doesn't work, show me a login error.

You can create the custom user, but you can not
log. The error username and password.

Or you with a user's permission or you do not complete the access to
that person.

This is a BUG from the SEP mr1.

I could solve this problem with adding domain information in "log in" page of SEP Manager.
