login invalid

Hi all ,

I have a new appliance demo from Symantec .I already configured this appliance as media server but here I faced a problem that " cannot find RAID card" and the 4 T of capacity could not be added to the backup system. I tried to reimage this appliance using the USB stick coming with the box. After successfull reimage steps I  entered the defaualt user name and pasword which were used  before reimage but I got " login invalid". I create support case for this but till they responce does any one faced such case ?is it software or hardware issue ?

Check if re-imaging another time helps

or ask symantec for appliance replacement.

I reimaged the appliance 3 times booting from different usb and DVD but the result  is same.I created a case with support and will wait how they can help!!

Nobody faced such issue with appliance!!!!!

we did faced few issues post re-imaging but certainly not of this type.

are you able to login in CLI?

No .Iam unable to log into the appliance CLI.But I'm trying some things now,hope it will succeed .

guess how it succeed??

I rmoved the old configurtion of RAID's inside the appliance and used the wizard to create new disks in the RAID BIOS then Reimaged the the appliance then as you see in the snapshot that I can login to the appliance
