    Hi Team,

We have observed that after successfully upgraded from 11.0.6100 to SEP 12.1 and restarted system, our logon script is unable to run automatically.

The script is to Map the network shares once systems started. Please let me know If anyone faced or heared the same issue.

    Regards,

    S2S

    Hello,

What version of SEP 12.1 are you running?

Is the SEP installed with Full Feature set?

Is this issue occurying on all machines?

What happens if you Uninstall SEP from the machine? Does the script run after SEP is uninstalled?

If Uninstalling SEP issue resolves, then Install SEP with Core component and then check again.

    Let us know.

    SEP 12.1 version is RU1.

Systems have all component installed but after issue reported we have removed component one by one to find the cause but after kept only AV/AS component still facing the same issue.

Till now Issue reported only on Windows 7.

Having SEP 11.x script did works fine but after upgrading to 12.1 RU1 script did not work even uninstalled SEP client from the system.

Please let me know If need any more clarification on the same.

    Hello,

So, even after you uninstalled the Product, restarted the windows 7 machine, this issue remains?

Any Errors in the application log, system log within Event Viewer when machine restarted without SEP?

    Let us know.

Yes after uninstalled the product the issue is remain same. Don't know what things does SEP 12.1 blocked after which script doesn't work after removing SEP client also.

Just to inform you that we are very much sure that it was working fine before with SEP 11.x.

Has anything changed on your Active Directory Domain Controllers?

If you go to a machine, that is having this problem, open a command prompt and type "set" all by itself.

Scroll back up in the prompt window and you will see an entry "logon server = "

Verify on this ADC event logs that this ADC is not having any issues.

Have you recently upgraded the domain/forest functional level?

    You can also verify:

    - \\logonservername\netlogon\ do you see the login scripts?

    - Open Active Directory Users ans Computers

-- Navigate to a user that is having problems and open properties

--- This user has a logon script assigned?  And the logon script is valid (exists on logonserver\netlogon)?
