  • 1.  Long Full scan time, after upgrade to 12.1 RU5

    I upgraded SEP from 11 to 12.1 by establish new 12.1 parent server with similar configuration and policy.

    After Clients moved to the new and upgraded to SEP 12.1 by SEPM, full scan time on clients was large increase and omitted files that show on scan logs has been changed from 2xxx to 0.

    I want to decrease full scan time, what is configuration or policy to fix the problem?

    Also, are you scanning everything? If so, you can exclude certain directories or file extensions you know to be safe and not needed to be scanned.
