  • 1.  Looking for Files to upgrading to SEPM 12.1.2

    Posted Nov 27, 2012 11:23 AM

I'm looking to upgrade my 12.1.671.4971 to 12.1.2; but whenever I enter the Serial Numbers for my clients I only get the option to download the client installation packages, not the SEPM package.

I even contacted support but the serial they gave me (and I had used already) only brings up the client installation as I mentioned.

Am I missing something that the "client" install will actually upgrade my Management server as well?

    Thanks

    Are you not seeing this:

The highlighted one contains all the installs, the rest are standalone installs

    No.

The management package will be avaialble at

    https://fileconnect.symantec.com

once you put the serial number you should be able to see the manangement package.

it wil be of some 700 MB file

I see what I did...I selected Windows as OS...which takes away the Multi-platform option which is what the SEPM is.

    The dangers of filters :)

    Thanks for help
