Looking for some info here.  I need to know what database tables/views hold information about local user accounts.  Appreciate any tips.

On what platform?  I know on 6.x the Inv_AeX_OS_Admin_Group table holds the list of both domain and local users who are members of the local Administrators group in case that is your end goal.  I can share some custom SQL I wrote for reporting exceptions for this group if you are interested.
