Lost Connection

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Backup Exec 2012 Caso server, all updates, 2008 R2 SP1.

I usually get  these errors once a day or so on the Caso server (the IP on the error points to its self, the Caso server, also with the error usually one or two backup services are stopped (job engine or backup exec management...). Any ideas?

Identify which service crashes by checking the event viewer. When identified check bedbg folder located in BE Install Path. Collect the dump and open a case with Tech Support to Investigate this
