2 - I extentded the associated Volume. Fortunaletly it is concatened volume ...

In what state is your DG

In what state is your DG currently? Still imported?
Have you resized the filesystem as well? If so, what kind of filesystem?
Can the Array Admin recreate and present the lun?

If the you have managed to

If the you have managed to get the destroyed lun back, we can go for DG resreation from CBR information.
Did you have some subdisks on that disk as well?
Could you please give us following command output:
# vxprint -qhtrg <disk group name> --> If the DG is in partial import state at the moment.

or give us following output:
#  cd /etc/vx/diag.d/
# ./vxprivutil dumpconfig /dev/rdsk/c#t#d#s3 > /vxprtutil  --> you need to select a disk that has a enabled dg configuration and to know which has one run "vxdisk list <disk name>" at the bottom of the command output you should see that.
# cat /vxprtutil1 | vxprint -D - -th

And also point out which disk was in trouble.

Regards,
Dev Roy.

If you had data on that disk

If you had data on that disk and data blocks has been tampered then yes.
But if data blocks are intact and just the header got corrupted.... then chances are there that you will get back your data...
Rest Support will guide you through.

Thanks,
Dev
