What happens when u try unlocking the server group.
Do you get cannot communicate with server group error or invalid password error.
If it cannot communicate then try resetting SSC's

Reset the LoginCaCertIssueSerialNum registry value
Reset the LoginCaCertIssueSerialNum registry value on the primary server. Follow the directions for your operating system.
To reset the LoginCaCertIssueSerialNum registry value on a Windows primary server
- Stop the Symantec AntiVirus service.
- In the Windows Registry Editor, go to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Intel\LanDesk\VirusProtect6\CurrentVersion\ScSComms\LocalData
- In the right pane, double-click the LoginCaCertIssueSerialNum value.
- Under Base, click Decimal.
- If the Value data box shows a number that is larger than 256, then replace with a 1.
- Click OK.
- Exit the Registry Editor.
- Start the Symantec AntiVirus service.

Note:1 in hex or decimal is the same value.
If the problem persists, restart the computer.
If the issue is with the password then make sure you are using the correct username double check it from
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Intel\LANDesk\VirusProtect6\CurrentVersion\Accounts]. "user-admin-p"
here admin would be your username...at the same place you might find other entry with some other username try resetting the password using the other username.
