  • 1.  Lost Process Permissions WebPart on Incident View

I have a user who accidently deleted the process permissions web part from the right hand side of the incident view page.  Is there any way to get this back on the incident for that user as I cannot seem to find a way.  This is only affecting one user, all others are fine.

    Typically, it's done this way:

Assuming you have a Site Actions button at top of the page, click this and select Page List.

Click on the the page you want, and click the Go To Page button,

Once the page is up, select Modify My Page under Site Actions to remodify the page.

This is the actual ticket itself page, unfortunatly it does not have a site actions selection on it.

Another thing to try is to look for a row for this user in the PagePersonalization table of the Processmanager database. Where the user ID of the user/page ID of the ticket page matches up, you should be able to remove this row to get the "standard" page again.

Yeah the Process View pages won't have a Site Actions option. If you want to edit these pages you need to go into Admin\Portal\Manage Pages. From here you can select which Process View page to edit from the tree on the left. Just make sure you select goto page to start editing it.
