I didn't do it. Years ago when Symantec Antivirus Software was installed on our Terminal Server (Windows 2003) the company gave us the user name and pasword. They won't help. It's been too many years! We are running Version 10.1.4.4000. When I go into the Symantec System Center and click on System Hierarchy to unlock the server group it asks for the user name and password and I don't have them. Can anyone help? I'm just learning this so be gentle!
