I have installed the the media server on a Windows 2000 SP4 server along with Lotus Domino 6.5.4. When I logout from the server console the Domino service shutsdown. It doesn't happend when if the engine and remote agent service are shutdown. I have tried the hotfix 4 and 15 already.

No, there are no error messages in the event logs. It's a clean shutdown of the domino service.

Hello,

Is Lotus installed on a remote server? Had you reinstalled the remote agent after upgrading to 10.0 5520 and installing hotfix4?

What exactly happens when you said ' When I logout from the server console the Domino service shutsdown.'
Is it the backup exec service console? Since when does the problem occur? Put Lotus in a debug mode as per the following technote:
http://support.veritas.com/docs/243174

Check if it gives any errors.

Update on the above.
