I dont think so it is possible to query on Lotus as we dont have seprate snap-in for that.  Guys, correct me if someone has different opinion on this.

The only option you have would be to try and use an External Data Integration (EDI) connection to the Lotus Notes Database.   EDI can read a CSV, ODBC connection or a Web Service.  If what you need to report on will be in either of those formats, then you can build an EDI data system and be able to build dashboard panels for it.    I don't really know how Lotus notes stores there information, but if you can get the data in a format CCS can handle, then you can present the data.
