LSR Manager not communicating with agents

I had to reinstall the Recovery manager server (another issue). The reinstall went smooth, but now all of the machines that were previously 'managed' and working fine now display "Invalid agent credentials".

In the error log, I see the following:

ERR ; 4132;07/13/2006 13:19:58;CCMAGENT.EXE;;;;
ERR ; 4132;07/13/2006 13:19:58;CCMAGENT.EXE;;;;
Attempt to setup Symantec LiveState User account failed

Any ideas on how go about getting this to work again. The KB states to reinstall the server and select a password that complies with the security policy, however when reinstalling I dont even get prompted to ask.

Dear Chris

When reinstalling LSRM have you selected a different password for the smeclnt account? If so, you need to redeploy the agents in order to communicate again with the server.
