LU1814 LiveUpdate cannot download product catalog

We had same problem with v10. Symatec was not able to figure out the problem and told us to upgrade to v11.
Still have same problem and have to go through that every FEW days.
Server updated fine anywhere from a few days to a week and stops updating.

Upgrade was hell!!!! Syamtec support...................   .. .. .. .. . . .******

Symatec kept asking for logs and stopped responding two weeks ago.
Had anyone had same issue?

The proble is it update fine for ferw days and then stops.

but what is the fix for this repeating problem?

is it always the same issue?

i guess it's the same problem that is repeating after the fix.

Did you try reinstalling LU?

If the answer is yes I would go for writing batch file to do that for me every night or something like that.

Yes liveupdate has been resinstalled. And batch file will work. But i am "hoping" symantec will and can resolve this problem. Maybe its easier to go with a different vendor for AV services.

Maybe ... I don't know, I'm supporting Symantec for clients of our company so I have to make things work ;)
