My symantec Endpoint Protection version (11.0.6300.803)

Hi,

I am having this errors when doing a live update. How do I solved this problem?

1) Have set the mode to Interactive mode and error support Enchanced. but still unable to update the files.

Could you let us know how is the SEP Liveupdate Configured? Is it taking the updates from SEPM or LUA?

Incase of LUA, what version of LUA are you running? Make sure you are running the LUA 2.3.1 and above.

To get the LUA 2.3.1, Download the Latest DVD of  SEP 12.1 RU1 MP1 .i.e;

Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1_RU1_MP1_Part2_Tools_and_Documents_EN.exe

...Tools\LiveupdateLUAESD.exe

OR

Create a Case with Symantec Technical Support.

Hi Benson,

"Thumbs up" to Mithun's advice. 

Are you downloading from an internal LUA server or from the Internet LU source servers?  Also, does this traffic go through a proxy server?
