As the article Mithun provided states, it is against Symantec recommendations to daisychain LUA's together.

To be honest with you, this is normally also not required, and most situations can be covered with the use of well-placed Distribution Centres (which is a web server used to serve Symantec content).  See the below article for turning a Win2k8 server into a Distribution Centre:

Agree with the above. Why not DC's instead of multiple LUAs?
