LUA Apache Tomcat Service can not be started

Dear Sir/Madam

 

I have installed a fresh copy of LiveUpdate Administrator from Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 CDROM on a new server HP Proliant DL360 G5 running Windows 2003 R2 Standard Edition. Below is the process of the whole setup.

 

1. Updated OS with Windows Update.

2. Installed Microsoft Windows IIS service using Add/Remove Windows Component tool.

3. Installed the latest JRE from Java website.

4. Updated OS with Windows Update again.

5. Restarted Server.

6. Installed Symantec LiveUpdate Administrator.

7. Restarted Server.

8. A message pop up from Service Control Manager "At least one service or driver failed during system startup. Use Event Viewer to examine the event log for details."

9. Event detail show "The LUA Apache Tomcat service terminated with service-specific error 0 (0x0).

10. Have checked OS "Services", LUA PostgreSQL is started automatically. Have tried to start LUA Apache Tomcat manually but fail to start.

11. Have checked user profile and put all user password to "Password never expires".

12. Restarted the server and still the same message appear. Tomcat not started.

 

Please help.
