Endpoint Protection

HI,

We are running LiveUpdate Administrator 2.3.4 on a seperate server from the SEPM. 

We have observed, since some time now, that the downloads are failing every day.

A case has been opened with support for over a month now with no concrete results - this has gone unsolved for too long now.

I have retrieved the following from the logs:

Have you tried increasing the defualt time outs? Whenever we have an issue with files failing to download increasing the defaults seems to resolve this.

Looks like from the logs above it's timing out befrore the download completes. Is the connection to the LUA slow or limited?

I have already done the modifications according to that article, but the download still fails.

The connection is not limited during the downloads.

Ok odd as the logs stops so early Premature end of Content-Length delimited message body (expected: 88938462; received: 12952907

The configure > Preferences > Temporary & Download direectories are they set to any locations that don't have enough space to download the file to? 

If so try breaking down the download job down it to elements for the into smaller parts and see if it lets them download instead of one large download job.

Same problem here (LUA 2.3.2.110)

The scheduled LUA's Download task often fails and it has to be started over. Then it succeeds.

There is no any filtering or firewall blocking in the network.

Please help!

I have four downloads scheduled instead one but the download still fails.

Even the location where we have set the temporary and Download directories have enough space.
