    Support Team,

    Goodafternoon to all of you!!!!!

    Guys today i run LUA but Live update did not complete successfully, I run twice but same error i got. error ''6004.

    because of this my sepm server did not get updated with latest virus definition.

    What is your LUA Version / SEPM Version?

     

    Error: "6004: LiveUpdate did not complete successfully . . . " or "6004: Internal Authentication Failed . . . "

    Can you post the error snapshot

    Try to reinstall the LUA.
