    have you used SMTP authentication?

    my smtp server name is using google.com if i try sending it to gmail it works but if i try sending to our domain email it failed.???

    yes. if i send to gmail it works but if within the corporate email it failed. any additional configuration on email if lua is on dmz?

    you mean, you can get alerts on gmail id but not on corporate id?

    Hello,

    it does not matter if LUA is or not in DMZ, the responsibility of ensuring the connection between your LUA and your SMTP server is up to your networking, LUA is interested only on good address and credentials.
