In the LUA I need to see all of the downloaded updates, but only the latest will display on the Manage Updates page.

I installed a LUA (LiveUpdate Administrator 2.3) in a test environment. We will use LUA to update some SEP 11.0.6x clients and a SEPM, inside an isolated network.

On the Manage Updates page when I click Show all updates, nothing changes. What should happen? I have been experimenting with the search update field and with filters.

I know that four updates have accumulated on the server. The contents of this folder shows content from July 12, 13 14 and today:

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveUpdate Administrator\Downloads

The LUA is set to keep the last four updates. No purge has taken place yet.

     Thank you

    John

Posting with SEP - no LUA choice.

On your LUA,  on the Manage Updates page, do you see only the most recent update set?

    OR,

If you want to mark YESTERDAY's update as PASSED because it has been tested, how do you get to it to mark it as passed?

    Thanks

    John

LUA is pretty much a downloading agent [with some logic built in it] .

To be able to host definition updates, you will need to Distribute it also hence [by default] it will be sitting inside your http://<ip_address>:<lua_port>/clu-prod

On the Manage Updates bar, you will see ONLY the latest update set. Nothing from the past.

About Pass / Not pass setting , it is to do with the Distribution as pointed out above. Nothing to do with the Download process.
