  • 1.  LUA Product List Incomplete

    I cannot see BackupExec 12.5 or LiveUpdate Administrator 2.2 products listed when I do "Add New Products". "Update Symantec Product Catalog" says there are no updates to the product catalog.

     

    Can anyone else see these versions in their product list?

    Hi John,

     

    Backup exec 12.5 is not yet supported in LUA as of 2.2.1 You may however find Backup Exec 12.0 in it. FYI, There would be no use selecting this version instead of 12.5.
