Would you please tell me more about it?
Can you post the lua-application.log - the default path for it would be in : C:\Program Files\Symantec\LiveUpdate Administrator\logs
...or have a look at the following Article how to collect the luadebuginfo.zip and it will automatically added to the archive file, then just extract it:
http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag...
Updated log file
Yes, I also face this same issue, but the client is SAV for Linux

Please be nice to me as I'm newbie in this forum.
In event log we see following errors:
1/21/2013 7:26:52 AM ICT Download informational admin 'The following updates were found missing on source server "Symantec LiveUpdate" during download: "1358226916jtun_sep12en130102023.m26 1358226916jtun_sep12en121220009.m26 1358226916jtun_sep12en130110036.m26 1358226916jtun_sep12en121224025.m26 1358226916jtun_sep12en121222025.m26 1358226916jtun_sep12en130107017.m26". Lua-application.log confirms it:

I have checked for example the following package in the browser and
http://liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com:80/1358226916jtun_sep12en130110024.m26
..and it seems not to be available.
One thing I can think of here is that the LUA is requesting some old packaged - can you please update the product catalog on LUA according to this: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag... - and then create a new download scheduled for the updated product and try to download again?
Hi dekalong,
"Thumbs up" to the above advice.
It looks like you SPC was updated on the 18th:
One thing to conside in these cases: is your proxy server configured to allow .m26 files through?
In your environment's case, that is probably OK: other .m26 files are being downloaded:
Are you sure your proxy server is holding on to an older version of files- perhaps the livetri.zip for certian products dates from a previous day? The "1358226916" unix time stamp dates from "Tue Jan 15 05:15:16 UTC 2013" - current downloads probably should not have an old timestamp like that.
The proxy shows other signs of its configuration causing trouble:
Hope this helps!
Mick
With thanks and best regards,

Thanks for all your advice
"can you please update the product catalog on LUA
...and then create a new download scheduled for the updated product and try to download again"
- The Updating the Symantec Product Catalog was configured by default, like as your link (TECH201472 )
"It looks like you SPC was updated on the 18th"
- But, each time I manual update the global symantec product by LUA console, it's appeared the result "There are no updates available to the Symantec Product Catalog"
I think you are right. The global product request to download old package that was not found on Symantec.
"One thing to conside in these cases: is your proxy server configured to allow .m26 files through?"
- My proxy was configured that LUA server can go through it
