This issue has been solved. See solution.

How to safely move or migrate the Linux definition updates in C:\Program Files\Symantec\LiveUpdate Administrator\clu-prod directory and C:\TempDownload into D: drive ?

Because my SEPM server is currently running out of disk space in C: drive and wondering if it is possible to delete the files in those two directories and then re-synch again later on from the LiveUpdate Administrator page v 2.3.2 ?

you can use microsoft tool Junctionpoint to map the c to d or just uninstall / reinstall LU to a diff drive.

Yes you need to donwload the contents again from internet once luadmin is installed.
