Mac mail integration not working

The old (lion) OSX and corresponding PGP versions had an option to encrypt email directly from the Mail application. There is no longer an option there now.
I am running OS X 10.8.2 and PGP 10.2.1 MP5. Where did this go? Am I missing a setting?

hi there, I'm having exactly the same problem and it seems to be missing from the services menu too. I cannot get PGP to encrypt my emails at all and I have tried what seems like every option available.
this is getting me down!!!

I have resorted to manually encrypting and decrypting by cutting and pasting onto a clipboard (textedit). The most useful thing for me at this time is to use the freeware GPG. (https://www.gpgtools.org). WDE has become only useful for disc encryption.
