Mail Encrypt for iOS message: "Failed to get recipient keys from Symantec Encryption Server. Check your network and/or account settings"

    Hi to all

I configured the Mail Encrypt for iOS app, and everything looks OK.

When I test an email to an External User (that have PGP Keys published), the message is encrypted and sent without problem.

When I try to send an email to an Internal User (In SES I can see the keys for that users), the app retrieve me the following message:

Failed to get recipient keys from Symantec Encryption Server. Check your network and/or account settings

When I checked SETTINGS>KEYS, I only can see some Keys.

-Key for External User that I sent the first message

-Key for the user that I configured in the app (sender)

-Key for the Sender domain (senderdomain.com)

A courious note is that I can see a Key that I previously deleted en the SYMC Encryption Server. It looks as the app isn't able to download all certificates thar are Published (and Valid) on the server side.

    Any suggestion?

    Hi Goltrek,

This might happen due to connection issues with Symantec Encryption Management Server, check the below article that talks about the issue.

Mobile Encryption for iOS cannot connect to Symantec Encryption Management Server
