Mail Problem -> Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 451 4.4.1 [internal] No valid hosts (too many connection failures)

Hi, I have a problem that apparently is related to Symantec (i use symantec endpoint use v11).
I have a user who repeatedly get invalid or delay delivery mails.
The message is as follows:
X-Symantec-Messaging-Gateway-Sender: rfc822; email@example.com
Reporting-MTA: dns; mailsecurity.example2.com
Arrival-Date: Tue, 27 Nov 2012 12:06:13 -0300
Final-Recipient: rfc822; user2@example2

What might be happening?
