  • 1.  Mail released by quarantine

    Hi,

    We are having SBG in our environment & 6 admin have the admin password. Some spam mails have been released, Is there any way to find it out that who has released the email from spam quarantine.

    Hi Sajid,

    You can track it in logs on status page & select the component Quarantine Or track for the mail in message audit log with sender & recipient & go to detail at the bottom you will able to find the detail of mail released by.

    Hi Sajid,

    We would suggest you to create logins for each admin if you have not created & provide permission, so that you can have a track that who has logged into the device & released the mail or deleted.
