    Greetings!

    I am working on a content filter for information classification labels.  I have a content filter created, apply to inbound, scanning the message body for literal string, does not contain, match any term, using a match list with users defined from Active Directory group.

    My problem is it allows some messages to pass with the appropriate class lables and not others.  It consistantly lets two classifications through but not others.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

    Well isn't this special!

    I started manipulating the list around (removing match strings, changing the order or strings) and yesterday the filter was working, allowing appropriately tagged messages through and quarantining inappropriately tagged messages.  This morning I come in to run additional tests by cc'ing people in the monitored list.  Now, I cannot get the SAME messages through the filter that worked yesterday (resend option in Outlook) or new messages with the right tags applied.

    I am beginning to think this product is not ready for prime time.
