Temove ntask or nntask from the notes.ini serverstasks line.
Start domino
Once domino has started type "trace <SERVERNAMe>" where server name is the name of the domino server in the domino domain. Looks like it may be savce from the screen shot.

If it is unable to connect that is the cause of the problem.

A possible work around:
Open the server configuration document - >  Ports tab -> Notes Network Ports -> Change the netaddress of the server to be the IP address of the server rather than the name.

Save the settings,
Quit domino
Add ntask back to the notes.ini serverstasks line.
Start Domino.

Thanks for the response. I will try your suggestion and will update you for the result.
The question is, why do I have to do this configuration since Mail Security is freshly installed on the Domino Mail Server.
Whereas if I install version 7.5.6.35 of Mail Security for Domino to the Lotus Domino Server, I do not encounter this problem.
Are you saying that the upgraded version of Mail Security for Domino which is version 8.0.1.46 has installation problem to Lotus Domino version 7.0.3 by default?

There have been several changes made to Mail Security for Domino 8.0. However If the trace does not complete or the work around works the issue is more of an issue with the domino/network configuration causing SMS to be unable to communicate with it self and domino causing the problems.

Is this compatible to version 7.0.2? or just like jaydee i'll be encountering error.

Got it. I installed SMS Domino version 8.0.1 in Lotus Domino 7.x production server and I did not got any problem. jaydee is the server we're you installed the 8.0.1 a production or test server? If it is a test server maybe the reason you got error is that the domino is not properly configured ^_^
