Mail Security for Exchange Spam Classification

One of our trusted partners recently improperly configured their MTA as an open relay, and it was used to generate spam for several days.  That has now been corrected, but Mail Security for Exchange continues to classify email from these MTA as spam and discards it.  Does Symantec provide a URL or another capability where someone can request removal from spam classification category in the Symantec products?  If not, what is the process?
