Mail Security Executive Summary Report never finishes Generating

  • 1.  Mail Security Executive Summary Report never finishes Generating

    I have Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange v. 5.0.6.368.  When I run a report, such as an Executive Summary report, on the View Reports page it never stops showing the Status as "Generating".  Why does it do this? How can I cancel or abort the report?
