Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange unable to release email from quarantine

Hi,
 
I've been trying to find a solution to Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange 5.0 always showing this message 'Error encountered while performing the specified action for view : Quarantine'
 
This always crashes the program, never allows me to release the email.  I can save the file to disk, but would rather forward on emails to the correct account, rather than sending file manually.
 
It's Windows SBS 2003 SP1, Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange 5.0.2.221.

Could one the Symantec Tech guys at least giev me acknowledgement they have read it??

Got the same problem, did you have any luck with a solution to fix this?

This is now working, it fixed itself. The only thing I can say is that we got this error while NT Exchange backup was running........

Interesting, we use Symantec Veritas to backup, maybe it's a fault with the backup sofware....the plot thickens...

Set the SMTP host in
Settings --> Control Center --> Control Center Settings

Hi Leeh007!

Please look in SMS for Exchange on the Monitors tab and in "notifications settings", you need provide a valid email address to solve this problem whit quarantine.

Your version of SMS for Exchange is very old, is interesting upgrade your version to 6.0.1.
