    Someone try to install Symantec MS fo SMTP on a microsoft exchange 2007 Edge server?

    Pierre,

    SMS SMTP is not supported on an exchange server of any kind.

    I known that SMTP 5 are not supported directly on exchange server. But the Edge serveur role of the new exchaneg 2007 are not completly exchange. This role are created to "host" commercial anti-spam anti-virus software. Do I need the Symantec for exchange to install it on the Edge role server or the SMTP 5 will be compatible?

    Aside form the incompatility of SMTP with exchange it is also not supported on a 64bit OS.
