Mail Security still detecting a possible virus outbreak... yeah, and???
Anyone know what to do with this kind of message?
I get them a lot but it's always for a seemingly harmless "image001.gif" attachment which I think might just be a logo in an email signature. But I can't confirm anything because the stupid program doesn't tell me what users and/or messages it's finding the repeated attachment in so I'm stuck at not being able to do any further investigation.
I've poked around in the admin console but couldn't get any more details on the "outbreak". Anyone have any pearls of wisdom to share on this?
The full text of the outbreak email is:

p.s. This WYSIWYG editor is terrible. Anyone else having it add and/or delete random spaces while you type?

Did you ever find a solution? I am having the same problem.
I am having the same issue
Are these messages coming into the server or being sent from the server? When I disable the send connector, there are no messages in the SMTP queue. Is there a way to look at the actual email message?
