mail user recieved a message about:an unread mail has been deleted incorrectly

i installed journaling archive for Exchange 7.5 for Exchange2003.many user always recieved a message about 'an unread message has been deleted incorrectly' from EV services account when they send a message.

i checked all journaling archive policy,but have find nothing related to this issue.

i do a lab to check it,but it's ok.

pls help me!!!
