    Hi im new to this site, ive been doing some research and found out that i need the makedrop utility.
    could somebody please email this utility to me. thank you

    I think you need to contact Tech support for that file.  You might be able to PM one of the support folks here to get a copy, but they usually need a case number for supplying the file.

    Everything you need to know about the MakeDrop utility can be found here http://service1.symantec.com/support/ent-security.nsf/854fa02b4f5013678825731a007d06af/28c0604a06bdeb748825745900766e9f?OpenDocument . You must call in and make a case to obtain the makedrop utility however.
