Managed Computer under Hierarchy
Hello,
we are facing the following situation:
A managed PC (it's a Server but this isn't important) is being added to our Hierarchy. This PC has the name i.e. SEAPRIDEI as you will see in the screenshots attached. This PC is being seen normally by its parent, let's say "Altiris Server B".
Altiris Server B has a parent itself, let's say "Altiris Server A". When we want to "send the hierarchy upwards", so that Server A sees the new managed PC (SEAPRIDEI), apparently something doesn't go entirely well. Server A can see SEAPRIDEI under the Resources, but when we go for example to right-click --> Actions --> Installed Software Report we get no results.
When we check the logs we can see the error of the second screenshot (The specified machine does not have valid pcA License...). The strange thing is that when we click on the link above the error message, the Item Browser opens up, containing every single detailed information on the SEAPRIDEI PC.
Any help would be appreciated.
