Client Management Suite

Hi there, i have several questions on compliance reports i wonder if someone can help me out with...

1./ Can someone explain the difference of the status shown in the compliance reports - Non-Compliant or Unkwown?

2./ The total number of computers row - does this show how many clients have recieved the MSD or how many are targetted?

3./ Is there a way to reset the reports.. By this imean if i have an MSD that i have applied to say 200 machines and then removed all of those clients from the MSD. Next time i add say another 100 clients, the old 200 clients are still listed in the compliance report even know they are not being targetted??? (think that makes sense)

4./ Finally! when you go into an indiviaul report (software compliance details by msd) the date and time are all the same!!! what is this date and time referring to, it would make sense for this to be when the client last reported in its compliance status?

Also what is the reason there are less machines showing up in the applied to field as oppose to the filter? are the remaining machines ones that are still awaiting the policy to add them to the delivery group and will they then appear? or are they non-agent managed machines?

Has anyone got any thoughts on this, i would reall ylike to get to grips with MSD's and compliance reports etc...
