Client Management Suite

Hello all, I am new to the managed software delivery and am running into a snag.  I would like to have a policy that allows the user to run it later (for up to an hour) but also I do NOT want them to have the ability to click the "Don't Run" as I am afraid some of the users will never allow the task to run.  Is there a way to disable, gray out, or remove the "Don't Run" button from the "Starting Task" dialog?

which version are you using?

There are two places where you can set this up. The run option in the managed softwary delivery policy

Advanced Options - Run - User run conditions

OR

Settings - all settings - Software - Managed Delivery Settings - Run - User run conditions (which sets the default values for new Managed Software Delivery).

Users should not be able to delay Managed Delivery Polices longer that it is configured here.

We are on 7.5 HF4.  Maybe I'm confused, but I have those set and the option to "Don't Run" is still present.

I  set them to allow a 1 hour delay or snooze.  When I set this, it seems the "Don't Run" button is available.  I would like to be able to allow them to run later, but also not be allowed to not run at all.  Does this make sense what I am after?

Hello Jeff,

I can reproduce this behaviour in 7.5 but not in 7.5 SP1. I think it has been removed in SP1.

I would recommend to update to that.
