  • 1.  Management Agent Is Not Checking In

    We just deployed Symantec Endpoint Encryption 11 and the management agents cannot check in.

    Set debug level to 5 and this is on the communication logs:

     

    [10/28/15 17:14:50][ERROR][1304][0x5A8][EAFRCliADSIComm][SYSTEM][SubmitReport failed with error - WebService Rejected the connection - returned False][EAFRCliADSIComm.cpp:1423] 

    [10/28/15 17:37:40][ERROR][1304][0x5A8][EAFRCliADSIComm][SYSTEM][SubmitReport failed with error - WebService Rejected the connection - returned False][EAFRCliADSIComm.cpp:1423] 

    Does anyone have ny  more information on this?
