Management Client Service don't run
Hello People
I have installed on my console like 200 clients with Endpoint 11.0.5002.
Yesterday after a Live Update Virus Definition, all my client lost the communication with the SEM. On my console I saw all my client but not Online (without the Green Dot on the Computer).
When I try to run the service on the client PC (Symantec Management Client Service) or smc -start , I receive a message like this "the service Start and Stop. Some services ......"
Dont receive any message on Event Viewer. Just the service entered the stopped state.
How Can I fix This???? I dont want to install manually the Endpoint client software again. How Can I fix this issue?
Exist any utility for fix this?
